The Basilisk-R is a purpose-built premium balisong with a long recurve Bowie blade, chamfered spine and tang, and a tuned bushing system designed to minimize play. Skeletonized G-10 and titanium handle construction keeps the platform responsive, while the latch secures it in either the open or closed position.

The black recurve bowie blade is made from 154CM, giving this knife a capable cutting platform with a profile suited to its intended role. At 4.63 in., the blade offers useful working length while keeping the proportions balanced with the 5.63 in. handle. The knife measures 10.00 in. overall when open.
